Royal Berkey™ Water Filtration System - 3.25 Gal (Free Shipping)

The most popular family size countertop system, gravity fed that requires no plumbing, water hookups, and installs in minutes. Ideal for family environments: Travel, outdoor activities, or emergency situations. In everyday use, this system can easily serve: 1-4 people. When fully configured (four Black Berkey and two fluoride filters), this system can during an emergency serve up to 85-170 people per day.

Maximum Filtration Flow Rate (rate when full, and decreases as water declines): 

• Two Black Berkey™ Purification Elements, can produce up to 3.5 gallons per hour
• Four Black Berkey™ Purification Elements, can produce up to 7.0 gallons per hour

Each stainless steel shell has the ability to hold the standard Black Berkey™ (BB) standard filters (two filters come with each system) and up to four additional filters like the PF-2 Fluoride filters or additional BB filters if desired. • Black Berkey™ filters out chlorine to undetectable levels, and removes lead, MTBE’s (Methyl tert butyl ether, a gasoline additive that has polluted groundwater), and other heavy metals up to 95% levels
