When considering installation of an undersink unit: if under sink plumbing is hard copper tubing the saddle valve would be used; a flex tubing the T-valve would be required; or an ankle stop value foe metal mesh.
-
During the ordering process you will have a choice of which installation valve you prefer.
-
The influent waters psi will have a direct effect on GPD or gallon per day production.
-
The RO is designed to work in a psi range from 50-60, 60 psi being optimum. Greater than 70-75 psi you will be generating greater waste water, and you may need a pressure reducer to prevent any damage.
-
f your water pressure is low or you have a high Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) please consider a system manufactured with a pump.
-
Units are manufactured with standard 110v electrical outlet.
